The history of the factory begins in the distant 1974. The began work on December 28, 1976. The plant was the first in the region to launch the production of skim milk powder. Until the end of 2010, the SMP Kirsanov plant was the constant leader of the competition among food enterprises in the region; and for a number of indicators it was the first in the Russian Federation.
